We aim to provide fast, reliable delivery and a fair returns process while protecting the hygiene and safety of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Costs

UK Orders

• Free Standard Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles.
• Paid delivery upgrades (Tracked 24, Special Delivery) available at checkout.

EU Orders

• Delivery charges vary depending on destination country and order weight.
• Orders over a certain value may qualify for free delivery — details will be shown at checkout.

International Orders (Non-EU)

• We deliver to many countries worldwide using FedEx and DHL for secure tracked delivery.
• Costs depend on destination country and order weight.

Dangerous Goods Shipping

• Certain fragrance products may be classified as Dangerous Goods (e.g., containing alcohol or flammable ingredients) under international shipping regulations.
• We can ship Dangerous Goods internationally using approved couriers in compliance with IATA guidelines.
• A Dangerous Goods surcharge normally applies to such shipments, but in most cases we cover this cost for our customers.
• Shipping times may be longer due to special handling and clearance requirements.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) after payment and security checks.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM, weekends, or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• EU: 5–10 working days after dispatch.
• International: 2–15 working days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance).

Customs, Duties & International Delivery

• Buyers outside the UK are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and compliance with local regulations.
• If customs contact you, you must respond promptly.
• If you fail to pay or respond and the parcel is returned:
• Refund will be issued minus original shipping, any return courier fees, and a £5 handling fee.
• If the parcel is destroyed or not returned, no refund will be issued.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

• The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
• If a parcel is returned as undeliverable:
• Re-delivery fees apply, or
• Refund will be issued minus shipping costs and a £5 handling fee, provided it’s in resalable condition.
• If the parcel is not returned, no refund will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used fragrance oils.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The product is unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging.
• You notify us within 3 days of delivery and receive written return approval.
• Return postage is paid by the customer (unless faulty under UK law).

Refunds

• Issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
• A £5 handling fee and original shipping costs will be deducted.

Exchanges

• Stock permitting, we may exchange unused, sealed products. Return postage is paid by the customer.

How to Return an Item

1. Email sales@fragranceofarabia.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for written approval before sending your return.
3. Package the item securely and send to the return address provided.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
• Provide photo/video evidence showing the damage and packaging.
• Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
• Once confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued within 30 days.
